We may, solely at our own discretion, provide our services to other organizations based in Singapore or in other countries.

Conditions to be a Recipient.

A. Legitimate entity
Currently, 2C2P services are available only for organisations operating in Singapore.

You should be one of the following:

  1. Religious Organization
  2. Muslim Organization with Society, Charity or IPC status.


If you are one of the above entities and want to be listed on our website, please register at https://givingfridays.com/be-our-recipient/ or contact us at support@givingfridays.com. This service is not available to individuals.

B. Register with our Payment Gateway.
GivingFridays connects donations directly to your organisation’s payment gateway account.

For Singapore recipients, we support 2C2P, a regional payment infrastructure provider enabling PayNow, debit card, and credit card payments.

If your organisation already has an approved 2C2P merchant account, you may skip this step. Please note that rates may vary depending on your existing agreement.

All payment gateways will conduct Know Your Client (KYC) checks on applicants. Due to the nature of charitable contributions, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) may also be required.

Upon successful onboarding, your organisation will receive a unique merchant account used to process donations through GivingFridays.

Please provide the following documents directly to 2C2P for compliance and verification. Kindly mention GivingFridays during the registration process.

Onboarding Requirements
To proceed with enabling PayNow and card payments via our appointed payment gateway, 2C2P, please find below the onboarding requirements and next steps.


These forms are required for payment gateway approval and compliance review.
 

Step 2: Prepare Supporting Documents
Please submit the following documents directly to 2C2P for verification and due diligence:

  1. ACRA (dated within 3 months)
  2. ID copy of Director/CEO/Chairman and Treasurer/Secretary – NRIC for Locals, Passports for Foreigners
  3. Bank Statement Header (dated within 3 months, to validate bank account)
  4. AML Policy (Anti Money Laundry Policy)
  5. Financial Statement


These documents are required to ensure the organisation complies with regulatory and payment network requirements

Important Notice
Upon successful registration and onboarding, your organisation will receive its own unique 2C2P merchant account.

GivingFridays does not manage or control your payment gateway account. Any matters relating to the merchant account must be handled directly between your organisation and 2C2P.

Please inform us once your 2C2P account has been approved, so that we can connect it to the GivingFridays platform.
