District West volunteer “Qaryah” engagement session was an excellent opportunity for all 19 Qaryah leaders to come together and strengthen our network. We spent two hours discussing our current landscape, sharing our aspirations and direction, and gathering feedback from each other. It was amazing to see the passion and dedication of everyone involved, and I am confident that our roadmap for the next two years will be impactful and successful.
The session began with a warm welcome from our Chairman, setting the tone for a productive and collaborative discussion. We then shared the activities landscape of our existing Qaryahs, which helped us gain a better understanding of each other’s work and achievements. We then had a deep dive into our aspirations and direction, which allowed us to align our goals and vision for the future. Finally, we wrapped up the session by extracting feedback from all 19 Qaryah leaders, which will be the basis of our next Qaryah seminar.
I am proud to be part of such a dynamic and supportive community of Qaryah leaders. We have a lot of work to do in the next two years, but I am confident that by working together and leveraging our collective strengths, we will be able to achieve our goals and make a positive impact in our communities.
